RESOLUTION NO.2019-064
A RESOL UTI NAPPRO VING A DEVELOPER'S A GREEMENT FOR THE UNION PAR
FIRST ADDITION FINAL PLAT
'V4'HERE S, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Pulte Homes of Minnesota (Pulte), Eden Prairie, MN ("applicant") has previously�
submitted an application to the City of Lake Elmo "City") for a Final Plat for the Union Park First
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved the 24 -unit Bentley "Village Preliminary"
Plat and on March 19, 201 ; and
WHEREAS, Pulte is now proposing to final plat the first please of the 24 -unit development with
the name Union Park, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 201 - 063 on October, 2019
approving the Final Plat for the Union Park First Addition; and
WHEREAS, a condition of approval of said Resolution 201 -063, establishes that prior to
execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Applicant shall enter into a Developer's Agreement with
the City; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant and the City have agreed to enter into such a contract and a copy of
the Developer's Agreement was submitted to the City Council for consideration at its September 3, 201
meeting
NOW, THE, FORE, BE IT RESOLVEDT T the City Council does hereby approve the
Developer's Agreement for Union Park First Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute the document.
