A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
DECLARING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR 2020
Whereas, the City of Lake Elmo is required to designate polling places by
December 31" of each year pursuant to M.S. 2{1413,1 , subd. 1; and
Whereas, the City of Lake Elmo will operate two polling locations in 2 20:
Precinct 1 Fire Station 1, 35 10 Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo,
Precinct 2: City Hall, 3800 Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo, MN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, that the polling locations for the City for the 2020
elections have been declared.
APPROVED by the Labe Elmo City Council can this 11h day of October, 2019.
