RESOLUTION NO.2020-017
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR THE STILLWATER AREA HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TO
CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING AT NO NECK TONY'S LOCATED AT
11127 STILLWATER BLVD N, LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Stillwater Area Hockey Association is submitting an application to the
Minnesota Gambling Control Board for approval of a Premises Permit application to conduct
lawful charitable gambling at No Neck Tony's, 11127 Stillwater Blvd. N., Lake Elmo, MN; and
WHEREAS, the gambling premises is located within the City limits of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Stillwater Area Hockey Association is a lawful gambling organization
within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Stillwater Area Hockey Association will be responsible for operating and
managing the lawful gambling activity at the site and will comply with all applicable requirements
of city code and state statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota that the City Council does hereby approve the issuance of a Premises Permit to the
Stillwater Area Hockey Association to conduct lawful charitable gambling activities at the No
Neck Tony's, 11127 Stillwater Blvd. N., Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota this 4'' day of March, 2020.
