A RESOLUTION RELATED TO 2020 ASSESSMENTS
TO WASHINGTON COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has received payment for the delinquent 2018
stormwater fees on April 27, 2020,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota,
that the 2020 special assessment amount for stormwater fees certified to PID
04.029.21.42.0001 may be removed from the assessment roll due per the attached
Washington County abatement forms.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 51h day of May, 2020.
