A RESOL UTION APPRO VING A VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO
AND THE MINNESOTA OFF ROAD CYCLISTS (MORC) TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON THE
SINGLE TRACK TRAILS WITHIN SUNFISH LAKE PARK.
WHEREAS, MORC approached the City of Lake Elmo with the request to support the City by
offering volunteer trail maintenance services to the City; and
WHEREAS, on September 21" 2020, the Parks Commission reviewed the volunteer agreement
for the trail maintenance and recommended approval to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, at the October 6"', 2020 City Council meeting the City Council approved the
agreement between the City and MORC for volunteer maintenance services;
NOW, THEREFORE, based on the testimony elicited and information received, the City
Council hereby approves the volunteer agreement between the City of Lake Elmo and MORC.
Passed and duly adopted this 6th day of October, 2020 by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota.
