ITEM: Consider support for the Tubman Family Alliance
SUBMITTED BY: Mayor Johnston
PURPOSE. The city council is being asked to approve support for the Tubman Family
Alliance’s relocation to the city of Maplewood. The Alliance is planning to consolidate its
services in a location on the Hill Murray campus. The Mayor would like to demonstrate
Lake Elmo’s support for the Alliance and describe the city’s experience with the site that
is in Lake Elmo.
Suggested motion for consideration:
Adopt a support for the Tubman Family Alliance’s consolidation of services in the city of
Maplewood.
