PURPOSE:
At the April 3rd City Council meeting, staff was directed to prepare a resolution approving a variance request for Joe Bush to allow for construction of an off-site septic system to serve an existing lot of record off Klondike Avenue.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the prepared resolution as part of the consent
agenda.
Suggested motion for consideration: Approve Resolution No. 2007-032 approving a
variance requested by Joe Bush to allow an off-site septic system on an existing lot of record off Klondike Avenue.
