PURPOSE: The city council is being asked to support the Arbor Day Proclamation for 2007. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A tree planting is scheduled for May 19th along Highway 5 and Carriage Station in conjunction with the Mn/DOT Landscape Partnership OPTIONS (if applicable) RECOMMENDATION
Suggested motion for consideration: request Mayor Johnston to proclaim the month of May, 2007 to be Arbor Month in the city and April 27, 2007 as Arbor Day.
