Stempski, P.E. <br /> <br /> REVIEWED BY: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator <br /> Tom Bouthilet, Finance Director <br />____________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: The City Council is being asked to approve <br />partial payment to Park Construction Company, the contractor for the Tablyn Park/Lake <br />Elmo Heights Watermain Extension project. Park Construction Company has submitted <br />Partial Payment Certificate No. 7 in the amount of $27,515.46. This request has been <br />reviewed by staff and payment is recommended in the amount requested. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />A 5% retainage amount of $182,963.11 has been withheld in accordance with the <br />Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Recommend approval. <br /> <br />Suggested motion for consideration: <br /> <br />Motion: Move to pay the amount of $27,515.46 to be paid from the Project Fund for <br />the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Watermain Extension project. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
