SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: The City Council is being asked to approve
partial payment to Park Construction Company, the contractor for the Tablyn Park/Lake
Elmo Heights Watermain Extension project. Park Construction Company has submitted
Partial Payment Certificate No. 7 in the amount of $27,515.46. This request has been
reviewed by staff and payment is recommended in the amount requested.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A 5% retainage amount of $182,963.11 has been withheld in accordance with the
Contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval.
Suggested motion for consideration:
Motion: Move to pay the amount of $27,515.46 to be paid from the Project Fund for
the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Watermain Extension project.
