SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: The city council is being asked to approve a one-day temporary on-sale liquor license requested by the Lake Elmo Firemen’s Relief Association for September 8, Lake Elmo Fire Department Family Fun Day located at Lions Park. The Lake Elmo Firemen’s Relief Association is a non profit organization which is permitted by city code to sell liquor with a temporary liquor license and will contract with the Lake Elmo Inn for intoxicating liquor service. The Lake Elmo Inn has an intoxicating liquor license and the appropriate liquor liability insurance RECOMMENDATION The recommendation is to approve the MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
