SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: The city council is being asked to cancel the August 14th workshop due to the lack of a quorum and there are two meetings scheduled the following week. RECOMMENDATION The recommendation is to cancel the August 14, 2007 city council workshop. MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
