SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: The city council is being asked to approve a Water Surface Use permit requested by Joseph Kiesling, Tri-Lakes Association, for the Annual Water Ski Show on Lake Jane, August 11, 2007 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. RECOMMENDATION The recommendation is to approve the permit request of Joseph Kiesling on behalf of the Tri-Lakes Association to hold a Water Ski Show on Lake Jane, August 11, 2007 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
Move to approve the permit request of Joe Kiesling, on behalf of the Tri-Lakes Association, to hold a Water Ski Show on Lake Jane, August 11, 2007 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. based on the
submittal of the appropriate information and approval by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Permit for event held on the waters of Washington County 2. Certificate of Insurance
