Re: Approve Plans and Authorize Advertisement for Bids
Tablyn Park / Lake Elmo Heights Watermain Project - Well Sealing City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota TKDA Project No. 13524.000
Dear Mayor and City Council:
Plans and Specifications are complete for the well sealing for the Tablyn Park / Lake Elmo Heights Watermain Project.
This is the final portion of the project and will seal all wells as previously directed by the City
Council. This work will be done after the internal plumbing work is complete on each house. The well contractor will be working with the Department of Health to gamma log each well before it is
abandoned.
City Council Action Requested
Approve the Resolution approving the Plans for Well Sealing Contracts A and B and authorizing
the Advertisement for Bids. Sincerely,
