ITEM: Resolution accepting work for the 2006 Minnesota State Aid (MSA) Resurfacing Project
SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: The city council is being asked to accept the work completed by Tower Asphalt, Inc. under contract for the 2006 Minnesota State Aid Resurfacing project. The work has been reviewed by staff and is fully completed in accordance with the contract, plans, and specifications. Please refer to attachment no. 2, which is the engineer’s letter of final acceptance for this project.
RECOMMENDATION
It is hereby recommended that the city council approve Resolution No. XX accepting the work for the 2006 Minnesota State Aid Resurfacing project.
SUGGESTED MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
Move to approve Resolution No. XX accepting work for the 2006 Minnesota State Aid (MSA) Resurfacing Project.
