HomeMy WebLinkAboutcc2 4 08 Galiov agreement 24 January 2008 RE: Employment Severance Agreement Dear Mr. Galiov: With great regret, the city of Lake Elmo is eliminating your position as finance specialist effective February 1, 2008. This is due to budget constraints that the city is experiencing in 2008. In order to make your transition from employment by the city of Lake Elmo, the city will provide you with the following: - No contest to an unemployment claim - One month of wages (40 hours per week) from February 1, 2008 through February 29, 2008, to be paid consistent with the employment payroll. - The city’s share of family medical including dental benefits for up to six months (August 1, 2008) or less if coverage is available through another source prior to six months. - References for new employment Please note your acceptance of the terms identified above.
