Agenda Item: Receive Information on the MN Public Health Department Special Well Contamination District Rules Purpose: The city council is being asked to receive information and to ask questions on the recently enacted Minnesota department of Health Special Well Contamination District Rules. Michael Covery from the MPH will give a presentation and answer questions about the purpose
of this district, the implementation of its rules and its impact on well users in the city.
