The city council is receiving the comments that were received on the series of meetings on the Village master plan. These comments were shared with the public at the March 29, 2007 open house as well as sent out to the Village email list of interested parties that has been compiled over the past several weeks. This is input that will be helpful as the city council moves ahead with reviewing and accepting the master plan. The city council workshop on April 10, 2007 will be an opportunity to discuss the plan and any additions/changes that the city council would like to see in the concept. The city council is scheduled to accept the Village master plan at its April 17, 2007 meeting. Accepting the plan will allow the city council to proceed with its work on the Alternative Urban Area wide Review (AUAR) environmental process as well as its financial analysis of the costs and payment mechanisms. Both of these require that the city endorse a concept to use for review.
