AGENDA ITEM: SafeAssure Contract
BACKGROUND:
The City has been contracting with SafeAssure for a number of years to provide safety training
for staff and other OSHA compliance activities.
ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL:
Should the Council approve a contract with SafeAssure for Oct.1, 2018-Sept 30, 2019?
PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS:
A copy of the contract is included in your packet.
FISCAL IMPACT:
SafeAssure are requesting an increase of $64.24 for an annual contract rate of $3275.95 for the
coming contract year.
OPTIONS:
1) Approve 2018-2019 SafeAssure Contract
2) Do not approve 2018-2019 SafeAssure Contract
RECOMMENDATION:
If removed from the consent agenda:
“Motion to approve the 2018-2019 contract with SafeAssure”.
