ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL:
City Council is asked to review and accept, as part of Consent Agenda, a brief description of activities
that have taken place in the Public Works Department in the month of July 2018.
PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS:
• Meeting w/Good Point Tech on road ratings
• Inwood Development/5th St. Irrigation demo
• Parkview Estates Wetland Drainage
• Inwood Water Power Punch list check-in w/SHE
• Workforce Development Class/ U of M (Weldon)
• Sunfish Buckthorn Pickup
• Wildflower walkthrough
• Southwind Walkthrough
• John Deere and Jacobson UTV Demo’s
• Boulder Ponds Walkthrough
• Backflow preventer repair and PW & Well #4
• Joint paving with Oakdale PW
• Ditch mowing
• Water meter repairs
• Obtain bids on salt shed and paving at PW
• Pothole patching
• Begin OV Phase 4 and 2018 Street Improvement Projects
RECOMMENDATION:
Base on the activities listed above, City Council is respectfully asked to accept the July 2018 Public
Works Report.
