CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
JANUARY 2, 2019
CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Pearson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
PRESENT: Mayor Mike Pearson and Councilmembers Justin Bloyer and Christine Nelson
Staff present: Administrator Handt, City Attorney Sonsalla, City Engineer Griffin, Planning
Director Roberts, Assistant Administrator Foster, Finance Director Iverson and City Clerk Johnson
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember Nelson moved TO APPROVE THE
AGENDA AS AMENDED. Motion passed 3 – 0.

Administrator Handt: Announced City Council Special Meeting next Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.;
provided update on 3M Government Work Group.
Attorney Sonsalla: Working on Royal Golf 3rd Addition and other development documents.
Finance Director Iverson: Provided an audit update.
Meeting adjourned at 7:05 pm.
