PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: • Pothole Repair Continues As The Weather Allows • Attend to several afterhours down trees in ROW • Improved Pebble Park Parking Lot With Overlay • Bi-weekly ball field grooming, weekly park garbage collection • Attended monthly Park Commission Meeting • Reinstalled insulation at old parks building • Seal Ground Water leak in 94 Pressure Reducing Valve Vault • Attended weekly Old Village Phase 4 construction meetings • Disposed of stock piled buckthorn from Sunfish Lake Park • Completed monthly MDH bacteria and flouride samples • Public Works Staff Attended Safety Training • Gathered Proposals for Pebble Park Lighting Improvements • Repaired Lawn Where Water Main Break Occurred This Spring • Complete Monthly Safety Inspections of Equipment and Facilities • Continue With Traffic Count Study • Attend Precons for crackfill and mill/overlay projects • Replaced failed well 2 generator batteries and tender • Weed control and trim city owned landscaping • Trouble shoot and correct Lisbon South Lift station communication failures • Walk through Old Village phase 4 • Ditch mowing • 2019 Crack fill project occurred • Discussed SCADA improvements with TPC Page 2 • Repair Fire Hydrant due to car collision • Royal Golf walkthrough for 2nd addition • Replaced Failed Pubic Works Printer • Completed WINS survey and MS4 certification Report • Precon and weekly meetings for 19/Hudson Intersection • Work on 2020 Public Works Budget • Hammes 3A walk through • Sunfish Lake Park Buckthorn Removal Meeting • Haul Out Spring Sweepings • Five Staff members attended Sewer Collection Continuing Ed • 2019 Mill and Overlay Project began • Prepped Playground Site by Wild Flower Preserve • Schedule Hockey Board Install • Closed off Steps at Discovery Crossing Bridge • Verify and Inspect Battery Backups in all Telemetry Cabinets • Wash, ready and list disposal equipment • Completed Quarterly Water Meter Reading • Began locating water curb stops for GPS mapping RECOMMENDATION: Base on the activities listed above, City Council is respectfully asked to accept the June 2019 Public Works Report.
