The Park Commission considered this application for the second time on September 19.
They concurred with the applicant's proposal to adjust the location of the public trail link
from the south property line to the center open space outlot. They did not fully concur
with the applicant's proposal that the applicant construct some features within the partial
City park that would be dedicated with the plat as credit toward Park Dedication Fees.
The Commission did,however,request the Park Superintendent to review the future City
park site to determine what improvements the developer could make during his }
construction phase—perhaps grading—that could be Park Dedication credit but not result j
in automatically placing this (partial)park site ahead of other necessary park/trail
improvements elsewhere in the City.'
