CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Pearson called the meeting to order at 7. 00 pm.
PRESENT: Mayor Mike Pearson and Councilmembers Justin Bloyer, Dale Dorschner, Lisa
McGinn and Christine Nelson
Staff present: Administrator Handt, Public Works Director Powers, City Attorney Sonsalla, and
City Clerk Johnson
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO APPROVE THE
AGENDA ASAMENDED. Motion passed 5 — 0.
ACCEPT MINUTES
Minutes of the August 18, 2020 Regular Meeting were accepted as presented.

ITEM 5: Accept Proiect and Approve Final Payment (Sunfish Lake Park Bike Trail Proiect)

PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS IN SUNFISH LAKE
PARK. Motion passed 5 — 0.
ITEM 6: Ivywood Park Improvements
Public Works Director Powers reviewed the proposed additional details for finishing the new
park in the Inwood Development.

EXPENDITURE NOT TO EXCEED $7,000 FOR FINISHES INIVYWOOD PARKAS
OUTLINED IN THE STAFF REPORT. Motion passed 5 — 0.
COUNCIL REPORTS
Councilmember McGinn: Reported that the new traffic light at Inwood Avenue & 51h Street
should be operational by the end of the month and the new Kwik Trip will be opening in October.

Public Works Director Powers: Reported that pond pumping is complete.
