An Ordinance Amending the Future Land
Use Map of Lake Elmo Comprehensive
Plan and Section 301.070 D.14 of the 1979
Lake Elmo Municipal Code
Section 1. Amendment: The Future Land Use
Map of the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive
Plan is amended to designate the following
described property as RED.
Section 2. Amendment: Section 301.070 D.14
Zoning Map) of the 1979 Lake Elmo Municipal
Code is amended and rezones the following
described parcel from Rural Residential to
Residential Estates:
All that part of the East One-half of the
Southeast Quarter (E 1/2 of SE 1/4) of
Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-
nine (29) North, RangeTwenty-one (21)
West, Washington County, Minnesota,
more fully -described in Exhibit "A'
annexed hereto and made a part hereof
