ORDINANCE 81-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
204.017 OF THE 1979 LAKE ELMO
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
ANNUAL WORK PLAN OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
Section 1. Amendment: Section 204.017
Annual Work Plan is hereby amended to read
as follows:
204.017 Annual Work Plan The Planning
Commission shall meet with the City Council at
the Commission's first meeting in September
each year to develop an annual work plan,
including a list of projects, points of interaction
on projects, programs and goals for the
succeeding calendar year.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
ADOPTION: Passed by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo the 6th day of June, 1995.
