ORDINANCE 81-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
1602.070 A. WIDTH OF DRIVEWAY IN THERESIDENTIALANDCOMERCIALZONING
DISTRICTS.
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordainsthatSewction1602.070A. is herebyamendedtoreadasfollows:
1602.070 A. WIDTH. The width of driveways in
anyzoning district shall provide adequate egress
and ingress to the site for the safety of res-
idents, and provide access for emergency
vehicles. The maximum width of driveways in
residential districts is 22 feet, except that in the
Residential Fstatea (E) oningDistr the
maximum width at a lot lioe shall be tw Iy e (12)
feet and the maxim m width at the public tr et
shall be eighteen (18) feet• The maximum widthHaveofdrivewaysincommercialdistrictsis34feet.
FFFECT_ I)IE DATE: This Ordinance shall be
effective the day following its publication.

of the City of Lake Elmo the 20th day of June,
