2.030A-pc)IiQation. Any person desiring saidhermitshallpresentwrittenapplicationtotheCitydescribingtheprojectalongwithasiteplanthatindicatesthattherequirementsofthisChapterismet. For new residentialdevelopments, these site plans shall be reviewedbytheCityBuildingInspector. In CommercialDistricts, driveways shall be reviewed as part ofthesiteplanreviewbytheCityPlanner.
