Mike Mahoney, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the publisher or authorized agent
and employee of the publisher of the newspaper known as Stillwater Evening Gazette, and
has full knowledge of the facts which are stated below.
A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a quali-
fied newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 331A.02, 33/A.07, and other applicable laws, as

ORDINANCE 8094
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
301.070C OF THE 1979 LAKE ELMO
MUNICIPAL CODE AS IT RELATES
TO THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
The Lake Elmo City Council herby ordains:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT: Section
301.070C of the Lake Elmo unicipal Code is
hereby amended to change the zoning from
Rural Residential (RR) to Residential Estates
RE) the following described parcel owned by
Lake Elmo Heights Limited Partnership:
Lake Elmo Heights 2nd Addition, Out -
lot A
SECTION 2. EFFECT DATE: This ordinance
shall ecome a ecNve t o ay following its
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo this 19th day of April, 1994.
