AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TEMPO-
RARY ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND NON. INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES.
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordainsthatSection1201.0300 and Section
1202.020D of the Lake Elmo Code areherebyamendedtoreadasfollows:
1201.0300. Tem ora On -Sale Licenses. Temporary on -sae 'c uses s --Fa-F-6; issue
only to clubs or charitable, religious, or other
non-profit organizations in existence for atleastthreeyearsandshallauthorizetheon
sale of intoxicating liquor in connection with a
social event sponsored by the licensee and
subject to the restrictions imposed by M.S. Chapter 340A. No more than three temporaryon -sale licenses may be issued to any one or.
ganization or for anyone location, within atwelve-month period.
