AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
004.012 OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL
IDE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION
THE PLANNING COMMISSION
erection 1. Amendment: Section 204.012 of
the 1979 Municipal Code of Lake Elmo is
hereby adopted: to wit:
204.012 Composition: The Planning Commis-

two (2) alternate members. Members shall be
appointed by the City Council for three year
terms so that only one-third (1/3) of the ap-
pointments will expire on December 31 of
