Recording shall mean <br />capturing the original 'live" performance of <br />musicians and/or actors onto disc, tape, solid <br />state device or whatever medium is dictated <br />by the state of the art. The function of a rec- <br />ording studio shall also include post -produc- <br />tion in which sound and/or pictures are com- <br />bined/edited and processed into a final form <br />for broadcast, compact disc or whatever me- <br />dia is currently in vogue. <br />Section 301.070 DA.b.(6).
