Work is underway on Phase I improvements. Work has been progressing slowly due to the
consistent rain in May and June. We expect to have the work completed on this Project shortly.
This delay has not disrupted the schedule of Tapestry, as they have been behind schedule due to
the weather as well.
City Council Action Requested
Approve Partial Payment No. 1 in the amount of S117,848.36.

A SOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 1
TO CHRIS " LEY UTILITIES, INC.
FOR WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT — PHASE I
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to Chris Riley Utilities, Inc. in the amount
of S117,848.36 for work improvements to the Water System Interconnect
Project — Phase I, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated June 16,
2005.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 21st day of June,
2005.
