CITY Or, LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-219 <br />AN ORDINANCE RE, NAMING A STREET IN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby renames Stillwater Boulevard: <br />SECTION 2. <br />Subd. 1. For the purpose of this ordinance, the terms defined in this section Shall have the <br />meanings ascribed to them. <br />Subd. 2. Existing Street Name. The term existing street name shall mean the name by which a <br />street is designated on the on the Washington County Highway and platting records. <br />Subd. 3. New Street Name. The term new street name shall mean the name by which a street <br />shall be known from and after the effective date of this ordinance, <br />SECTION 3. The Existing Street Name of Stillwater Boulevard shall have 'a New Street Name of <br />Stillwater Way N, <br />SECTION 4. The adjustment shall not affect the entire length of Stillwater Boulevard. The section <br />which will be renamed is further described as North of the realigned Stillwater Boulevard/CSAH 14 and <br />West of the realigned Stillwater Boulevard/CSAH 15 and is shown in Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and <br />publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 6. Adoption Date.
