N ORDINANCE EN IN THE LAKE ELMO'CI CITY CODE E OF ORDINANCES BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY LAKE ELMO
SECTION . The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains the following properties to
be rezoned from A (Agricultural) and(Rural Residential) — to LC (Limited Commercial):

The full legal description for the above referenced properties is attached as Exhibit A, It shall also be
known that these properties will be consolidated through a condition listed in Resolution 2019-01
SECTION`2. The City Council of the City of Lae Elmo also hereby ordains that the Zoning
Administrator shall make the applicable changes to the official Zoning Map of the City of Take
Elmo.
SECTION `ION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and
publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo,
SECTION 4. Adoption Date. This Ordinance 08-223 was adopted on this 19' day of March, 2019, by
vote of 5 .Ayes and 0 flays.
