The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby repeals Title XV Land Usage: <br />Chapter 150 General Provisions; Exterior Storage: 150.001 Prohibited Without Screening; <br />,t-o <br />dfyingz <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby amends Title XV Land Use: <br />Chapter 154 Zoning Code; Article X1 Rural Dsitrict: by amending Section 154.407 Accessory <br />Uses; <br />154.407 ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. ExteriorSforag e in Residential Districts, All materials and equipment shall be stored within a building <br />or be fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, except for the following: <br />I . Laundry drying <br />2. Construction and landscaping materials and equipment currently being used on the premises. <br />Materials kept on the premises for a period exceeding six (6) months shall be screened or stored Out <br />of view of the primary street on which the house fronts. <br />3.
