Use Permit to <br />operate a _private dog]rennet <br />in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />,WHEREAS, Sections 1402 <br />of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under <br />which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all. the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIXED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a private doq kennel <br />at 8139 38th St® Na <br />is hereby granted to_Hej_en__Lq;L:Ll_eLy.i_aher <br />from January 1, 1983 y through December 31, 198-...3 subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1.
