IN THE_, ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1-983 through
DECEMBER 31, 198 3
WHEREAS, Helen Miller Fisher
has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for a private dog kennel
011-lots 22-23 of Bordner -Garner Farmettes

in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 198_3 through -December 31,
198 3 _; and has submitted all required information and fees for the
application for such permit; and,
WHEREAS, Section 301.050 BA of t 1i e
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional. Use Permit to

in the City of Lake Elmo; and,
,WHEREAS, Sections 1402
of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under
which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all. the conditions
set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIXED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo,
THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a private doq kennel

the following conditions:
1. No dogs may be boarded
2. This use is not transferrable.
