WHEREAS, Ruben- Lauseng
has applied for a Conditional- Use Permit fora,

in the City oflake Eli -no from January 1, 1.98 3 ' through.,December 31,
1983 and has submitted all required information and fees for the
application. for such permit; and,
WHEREAS, Section 301.050 of the
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a i2_ Open_ Sales Lot
in the City of Lake Elmo; and,
WHEREAS, Sections 301.1.30 C. D. E. F. G.
of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under
which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and,,
WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions
set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo,
THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot
at 9591 60th-St. N.
is hereby granted to_RUhea_LaU__�nC
from January 1, 198 3 through December 31, 1.98_3 subject to
the following conditions:
1. The hours of -operation shall be: 8 a.m. to 8 p'*m. Mon -Sat and
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
2. There shall be an on -site business sign only.
3. No material shall be stored closer than 210" south of Hwy 36
right-of-way.

4. The owner shall maintain it as per 1979 site plan.
5. There shall be no expansion beyond area and function now
being used.
6. The screening shall be maintained.
7. There shall be no more than 30 cars parked on the site.
This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded,
after a 2 week notice and *a public hearing,
if the City Council finds that the public 'health,
safety, or welfare is jeopordized.
