WHEREAS, __Ray_ Swanson
has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for veterinary glinic, animal

in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 198 3 through, December 31,
198 3 and has submitted all required information and -fees for the
application. for such permit; and,
WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D. 1. b. (7) of the
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a veterinary clinic, anim.al Lospialperematory & d2 ourjd
in the City of Lake Elmo; and,
WHEREAS, Sections 1400
of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth 'the conditions under
vAi.ich said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions
set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo,

is hereby granted to Ray Swanson
from January 1, 198 3 — through December 31, 1-98 3 subject to
the following conditions:

The owner may sell set supplies, drugs and kennel supplies as an
accessory to this use.

This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded,
after a 2 week notice and a public hearing,
if the Cit-y Council finds that the public health,,
safety, or welfare is jeopordiz'ed.
