WHEREAS, Section 301.050 B.
of the
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a mobile home
ir-i the City of Lake Elmo; and,
,WHEREAS, Sections zonina ordinance
of the Municipal Code, of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under
which said permit may be g-.r.-anted and such use permitted; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions
set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo,
THAT, Lhe Conditional Use Permit for a mobile home

the following conditions:
1. This permit is not transferrable.
