WHEREAS, Geraldine Breheim
has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for a d --!�enjjg 1

1.98 3 and has submitted all required information and
fees for the
application for such permit; arid,
WHEREAS, Sect -ion 301.050 B, of the
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to

in the'City of Lake Elmo; and.,
WHEREAS, Sections 1402
of the Municipal Code

WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all. the conditions
set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE]) by the City Council. of the
City of Lake Elmo,
THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a do kennel

is hereby granted
froryi January 1, 19.8 3 through December. 31, 198 3 subject to
the following conditions:
1. There shall be no more than 7 dogs over the age of 6 months
in the kennel at anv time.
2. The use is -not transferable
3. The kennel shall be set back 400 ft. from existing property
owners.
4. The doqsshall be enclosed in.runs.

This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded,
after a 2 week notice and a public hearing,
if the City Council. finds that they public health,
safety, or welfare is jeopordized.
