A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

IN THE AG ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1-983 through
DECEM13ER 31, 198 3
WHEREAS, Charles Anderson
has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for,

application- for such permit; and,
WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D. 18- be of the
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires ,a Cond!_�Tona�I_U_se_Permit to

in the City of Lake Elmo; and,
WHEREAS, Sections 1402
o:L the Municipal. Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under
which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and,,.
WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions
set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo,

from January 1, 198 3 through December 31, 198 3 subject to
the following conditions:
1. There shall be no more than 117 dons in the kennel at anv time.
2. The owner khaill maintain a Perpetual Trust Fund for care of the
pet cemetary® 1
3. The owners may operate
perate an obedience Training School at this location.
4. The owners shall maintain parking facilities for 100 cars.

This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded,
after a 2 week notice and., a public hearing,
if the City Council fii.'ids that-. the public health,
safety, or welfare is jeopordized.
