RESOLUTION

CITY OF' LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
r A RESOLUTION APPROVING. THE FINAL PLAT OF BURRWOOD ES PATES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has
previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of
;Burrwood Estates; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has now presented to the City a
final plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat
and meets all the requirements of the City's Subdivision
Ordinance:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the. City Council does
hereby approve and accept the final plat of Burrwood Estates
as -the same is on file with the City Administrator, subject
to the following conditions:
I
1. All required drainage improvements as set forth
in Valley Branch Watershed District Permit No. 83-1-1
must be constructed in a fashion satisfactory to
Valley Branch Watershed District and the'City of
Lake Elmo before the final plat shall be gigned by the
City, of Lake Elmo.
2. The applicant must warrant these drainage improvements
for a period of one (1) year following their final.
acceptance.
3. The applicant must pay -the City.the sum of $957.00 for
the City park donation fee.
4.. The applicant shall pay all pass -through costs incurred
by the City prior to signing of the final plat by the
City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this
5-th day of July, 1-983..
