WHEREAS,
Municipal Code
Section 301.070 D. 7�,
of Lake Elmo requires a

of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under

set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo,
THAT, the Conditional Use

the following conditions:
1. There shall be licensed deputies on duty Fridays, Saturdays,
and holidays when more than 50 cars are anticipated.
2. The owner shall prevent litter from this use to scatter to
adjoining property.
3. The parking area and drives shall be treated to control dust.

This Conditional. Use Permit may be rescinded,
after a 2 week notice and a public hearing,
if the City Council finds that the public health,
safety, or welfare is jeopordiz'ed,
