CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS FOR
CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OR
IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY STATE -AID
HIGHWAY 15.
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. S.A.P. 82-615-08
showing proposed alignment, profiles and cross -sections
for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of
County State -Aid Highway No. 15 within the limits of
the City as.a State Aid Project have been prepared and
presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That plans be
in all things approved.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo, this the 6th Day of December, 1983.
