(1) and ( of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo,requires a Co-i—iditional Use Permit to <br />operate a q.Keenhou-se and sales lot <br />in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections 301.130 C. D. E. F.
