WHEREAS, Richard Berqman
has applied for a Conditional Use'Permit foraGreenhouse& sales lot

in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 198 3- through,December 31,

application for such permit; and,
WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D. 1. b. (1) and ( of the
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo,requires a Co-i—iditional Use Permit to
operate a q.Keenhou-se and sales lot
in the City of Lake Elmo; and,
WHEREAS, Sections 301.130 C. D. E. F. G.
of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth'the conditions under
-Which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions
set forth. above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo,
THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a qreenhouse and sales lot
at 5833 Lake Elmo Ave. N
is hereby granted to Richard Bergman_-_
from January 1, 198 3 . through December 31,
the following conditions:

This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded,
after a 2 week notice and a public hearing,
if the City Council. finds that the public health,
safety, or welfare is jeopordized.
