RESOLUTION NO.2021-062
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
OX & CROW COFFEE ROASTERS
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Ox & Crow Coffee Roasters have proposed contributing $600 to the
City of Lake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$600 from Ox & Crow Coffee Roasters on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this I" day of June, 2021.
