CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-088 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NO ON -STREET PARKING ZONE <br />ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) 13 <br />(IDEAL AVENUE) FROM HIDDEN BAY TRAIL TO 44TH STREET <br />(PROJECT NO. S.A.P. 082-613-042) <br />WHEREAS, Washington County, in conjunction with the City of Lake Elmo and the City of Oakdale <br />has planned improvements for Ideal Avenue North (CSAH 13) from 800 feet North of CSAH 14 (34th Street <br />North) to 44th Street North in the Cities of Lake Elmo and Oakdale; and <br />WHEREAS, Ideal Avenue is designated as a County State Aid Highway; and <br />WHEREAS, Washington County will be expending County State Aid Funds on the improvements on <br />CSAH 13; and <br />WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on the west side of Ideal <br />Avenue North from Hidden Bay Trail North to 44th Street North; and approval of the proposed construction as a <br />County State Aid Highway must therefore be conditioned upon certain restrictions; and <br />WHEREAS, The City has reviewed the Plans and concurs that parking shall not be allowed as stated <br />above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, <br />1.
